1. Agreement to These Terms
By using soberpreneur.life or any Soberpreneur service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
"Soberpreneur," "we," "us" and "our" mean Soberpreneur, founded by Zach Loescher and based in Waterford, Michigan. "You" means anyone who visits the site, contacts us, books a call, buys from us, or subscribes to our messages.
These Terms cover soberpreneur.life and the pages, forms, booking tools, email and text messages, podcast, coaching, events and products we offer through it, including Sober Genius and Residual Genius content. The Soberpreneur Recovery Initiative is a separate nonprofit and may have its own terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or make a purchase.
2. Our Services and Important Recovery Disclaimer
Soberpreneur offers education, inspiration, coaching, speaking, podcast content, community and merchandise focused on recovery and entrepreneurship.
We are not a medical, mental health or addiction treatment provider. Nothing we share is medical, clinical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Our content is based on personal experience and is for educational and motivational purposes only. It does not replace treatment, counseling, a sponsor, or a licensed professional.
Using our services does not create a doctor–patient, therapist–client or any other professional relationship.
If you are in crisis, get help now. Call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call 911 in an emergency, or call the SAMHSA National Helpline at 1-800-662-4357 (free, confidential, 24/7).
